Vanilla Fig Smoothie

Inspired by Rachael Andrews

Figs, vanilla, and coconut. Soothing and a little decadent – need we say more?



  • 2 cups Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt (or Greek yoghurt)
  • 6 large ripe figs, peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon whey vanilla powder (or vanilla extract)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 banana, frozen


  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add more almond milk for a smoother consistency!
  4. Enjoy.
