This recipe makes for a lovely pick me up and guilt free treat! The blend of spices, nuts, and chocolate will take you to your ‘happy place’!

DIRECTIONS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted, soaked in hot water for 5 minutes, drained
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon grated fresh ginger, size of the tip of your thumb
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

METHOD

  1. Add all the ingredients into the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth!
