You can’t help falling in love with this smoothie. A sweet melody of nuts with a touch of honey finished off with the goodness of chia seeds.

DIRECTIONS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup of Ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

METHOD

  1. Place all the ingredients together into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve with a light sprinkle of ground cinnamon or ground nutmeg.
