DIRECTIONS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 banana, frozen and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth
