- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 banana, frozen and chopped
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth
