Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Fudge Slice

DIRECTIONS

INGREDIENTS

Toppings:

  • 30g 70% or higher chocolate, melted
  • 5g coconut oil, melted
  • 5g crushed salted dry-roasted or roasted peanuts

METHOD

1️. Combine all the ingredients and press firmly into a silicon or lined baking tin
2️. Freeze for 15 minutes before slicing into 6 squares
3️. To make topping, combine chocolate and coconut oil and drizzle chocolate on top of slices
4️. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and enjoy!

PRO TIP: To store, keep in an air-tight container in the fridge
