  • 3/4 cup Vanilla Almond Breeze almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbs sugar
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 1tsp vanilla extract

METHOD

  1. Sift the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and protein powder into a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl add the butter (melted and cooled), egg, Almond Breeze Vanilla Almond Milk and vanilla extract and beat.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix to combine (don’t over mix).
  4. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a hot, greased pan. Turn when they start to bubble and enjoy.

Lather with your favourite toppings and devour!
