- 3/4 cup Vanilla Almond Breeze almond milk
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup plain flour
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 2tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 2 Tbs butter
- 1tsp vanilla extract
METHOD
- Sift the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and protein powder into a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl add the butter (melted and cooled), egg, Almond Breeze Vanilla Almond Milk and vanilla extract and beat.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix to combine (don’t over mix).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a hot, greased pan. Turn when they start to bubble and enjoy.
Lather with your favourite toppings and devour!
