Recharge and refuel your body after a workout with this high plant based protein thirst quencher.

DIRECTIONS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon cashew butter (or nut butter of your choice)
  • 3 medjool dates, pitted, soaked in hot water 5 minutes
  • 1 teaspoon ground chia seeds

METHOD

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
