DIRECTIONS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon chai tea mix
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Breeze
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 1 small banana
- 2 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
METHOD
- Combine chai tea, boiling water and almond milk in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes until mixture is infused. Mix in vanilla paste and then allow to cool for 10 minutes
- Combine tea milk mix and chia seeds in a jar or glass and let it sit for 10 minutes. Stir the mixture and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight
- Before serving, top with banana, shredded coconut and almonds
