DIRECTIONS
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups leftover ham, cubed
- 2 1/2 cups gravy
- 2 cups frozen vegetables
- 2 cups potato salad, mashed
- 1/2 cup Original Almond Breeze
- 1 egg
- 220g shredded Swiss cheese
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius
- In a 3.5 litre casserole dish, place gravy and stir in frozen vegetables. Add in the ham and stir
- In a separate bowl, mix the mashed potato salad, almond milk, egg and half the cheese
- Cover the gravy mixture with the potato mixture, sealing the edges with potato
- Cover with the remaining cheese and bake for 30-40 minutes
