Boxing Day Shepherd’s Pie

  • 2 cups leftover ham, cubed
  • 2 1/2 cups gravy
  • 2 cups frozen vegetables
  • 2 cups potato salad, mashed
  • 1/2 cup Original Almond Breeze
  • 1 egg
  • 220g shredded Swiss cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius
  2. In a 3.5 litre casserole dish, place gravy and stir in frozen vegetables. Add in the ham and stir
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the mashed potato salad, almond milk, egg and half the cheese
  4. Cover the gravy mixture with the potato mixture, sealing the edges with potato
  5. Cover with the remaining cheese and bake for 30-40 minutes
