Berrylicious pancakes

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Breeze
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • Maple syrup, to serve


  1. Combine Unsweetened Almond Breeze, flour, baking powder, egg and baking soda in a bowl
  2. Heat non-stick pan to medium heat and spray with cooking oil
  3. Using a ladle, spoon mixture onto pan
  4. Sprinkle with blueberries, strawberries and raspberries and cover with additional batter
  5. When bubbles appear on the surface, flip with spatula and cook on alternate side
  6. Use remaining berries to decorate and drizzle with maple syrup
