DIRECTIONS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp oat bran
- 3 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- Pinch of salt
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and lightly spray 2 individual sized ramekins with cooking oil spray
- In a medium bowl, combine oats, oat bran, baking powder, cinnamon and salt
- In a separate bowl combine banana, almond milk and honey
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and transfer to prepared ramekins
- Bake for 40 minutes and allow to cool before adding toppings
