DIRECTIONS
INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup Original Almond Breeze
- 3 teaspoons caster sugar
- 30g butter or margarine
- 4 slices thick cut white bread or brioche
- Hazelnut spread to serve
- Banana to serve
METHOD
- Lightly whisk eggs in a bowl. Add Original Almond Breeze almond milk and sugar and stir to combine
- Melt butter or margarine in a large frying pan over medium heat
- Dip bread in the egg mixture. Cook 1-2 minutes each side or until golden
- Transfer to a plate and spread one side of each slice with hazelnut spread
- Top with banana and sandwich slices together
- Cut in half and sprinkle with icing sugar as desired
