Almond French Toast

  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup Original Almond Breeze
  • 3 teaspoons caster sugar
  • 30g butter or margarine
  • 4 slices thick cut white bread or brioche
  • Hazelnut spread to serve
  • Banana to serve


  1. Lightly whisk eggs in a bowl. Add Original Almond Breeze almond milk and sugar and stir to combine
  2. Melt butter or margarine in a large frying pan over medium heat
  3. Dip bread in the egg mixture. Cook 1-2 minutes each side or until golden
  4. Transfer to a plate and spread one side of each slice with hazelnut spread
  5. Top with banana and sandwich slices together
  6. Cut in half and sprinkle with icing sugar as desired
