Make breakfast fun again with these 5 tasty treats

Breakfast is the number one meal to help you breeze the day everyday but sometimes we get in a brekkie rut and end up eating the same old stuff day after day. So this autumn we’re mixing it up by sharing some creative inspo recipes to bring back the love for the meal that sets your day off just right.

We’ve mixed up savoury and sweet with healthy and indulgent, because we like life being a teensy bit naughty and a whole lot nice!

1. Pancakes with Caramel Sauce and Fresh Berries

Some days (we like to call them Sundays) scream out to be indulgent over leisurely breakfasts and this luxurious pancake recipe served with caramel sauce is pretty much eating dessert for breakfast! Go on, let your hair down and dive into deliciousness!

Shredded coconut is high in fibre, vitamin E and polyphenols, and is packed with iron and potassium. Because coconut contains lauric acid – the saturated fatty acid that doesn’t get stored in the body – and research findings suggest coconut lowers low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels, the bad cholesterol, then a little bit of coconut everyday is beneficial to the body.

Sometime it’s not the sweet spot you want to hit, it’s savoury all the way. And this eggy veggie delight is sure to please.
